2. Services
We provide online Quran learning services including Noorani Qaida, Tajweed, Nazra, Hifz, and Islamic studies through one-on-one classes with qualified teachers.
3. Free Trial Class
We offer a free trial class for new students. This session is designed to evaluate the student’s level and introduce our teaching method. The trial class does not guarantee continued enrollment.
4. Fees & Payment
- All fees must be paid in advance on a monthly basis.
- Fees vary depending on the selected plan and number of classes.
- Payments can be made through available methods such as bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, PayPal, or debit/credit cards.
5. Class Schedule
- Class timings are scheduled based on mutual availability.
- Students are expected to attend classes on time.
- Any changes in schedule should be informed in advance.
6. Missed & Makeup Classes
- If a student misses a class without prior notice, it may not be rescheduled.
- Makeup classes may be arranged in case of valid reasons, subject to availability.
7. Teacher Assignment
- We assign qualified teachers based on the student’s level and preferences. However, the institute reserves the right to change the teacher if necessary.
8. Code of Conduct
- Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior during classes. Any inappropriate conduct may result in suspension or termination of services.
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Students can cancel their classes at any time.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our policy and will be reviewed on a caseby-case basis.
10. Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal information is kept secure. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
